This Day In Nigerian History: 23rd January

Tuesday 23 January 1962: Stephen Okechukwu Keshi  (late Nigerian footballer and Super Eagles coach) was born in Azare, Bauchi State. He was from Illah in Oshimili North Local Government Area of Delta State, Nigeria.

He died on Wednesday 8 June 2016.
